We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, colours and images on our website are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, texture and finish may occur due to the nature of the materials, manufacturing processes and differences in display screens. 4. Enquiries, Quotations and Orders

Enquiries submitted through our website or by email are requests for information and do not create a contract. A contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation or proforma invoice and you accept it. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to change if not accepted within that period. Minimum order quantities, lead times and specifications will be stated in the quotation.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, shipping and insurance unless specified. Payment terms, including any advance payment, will be set out in the quotation or order confirmation. We reserve the right to suspend production or dispatch until payment is received as agreed. Late payments may attract interest at the rate stated in the invoice.

6. Delivery and Risk

Delivery timelines are estimates and are provided in good faith. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to you or to your nominated carrier. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

7. Inspection, Returns and Refunds

You must inspect goods on receipt and notify us of any shortage, damage or non-conformity within the timeframe set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Custom-made, private-label or specially ordered goods are non-returnable except where defective.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs and software, is the property of Anova Trading Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, designs or content without prior written consent. Where you supply designs or artwork for custom products, you warrant that you own or are licensed to use them and you indemnify us against any third-party claims.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anova Trading Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or business, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of our website or products. Our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anova Trading Private Limited, its directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, strikes, lockouts, government action, war, civil unrest, transport disruption or shortage of materials.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
